About this smoothie

Coconut water is the clear liquid from young green coconuts. It is naturally slightly sweet and rich in potassium, which is why many people like it after exercise. In a smoothie it adds a delicate, nutty sweetness without making the drink heavy.

Strawberries bring vitamin C and freshness, blueberries a darker fruit note, and the banana creaminess. The result is a light but satisfying berry smoothie, good after sport or on warm afternoons.

Bartender tips

  • Choose pure coconut water without added sugar.
  • Freeze the banana as well for an extra thick smoothie.

Variations

With lime
Add 1 tbsp lime juice for a fresher, more tropical taste.
