About this smoothie

This is one of the most refreshing combinations for a hot day. Honeydew melon provides a lot of juice and a honey-like sweetness, a crisp red apple adds a fresh, slightly tart note and some fibre when you leave the skin on, and mint brings its cooling menthol aroma. The colour stays a delicate pale green.

Without dairy or banana the smoothie is light and thirst-quenching, ideal as an afternoon refresher or after exercise in summer.

Bartender tips

  • Chill the melon beforehand for an especially refreshing smoothie.
  • A squeeze of lime sharpens the flavours.
