About this smoothie

Avocado and banana are the two classic ingredients for a creamy smoothie without dairy: banana brings sweetness, avocado a buttery texture and mostly unsaturated fats. Hazelnut milk, a plant-based drink made from ground hazelnuts, adds a roasted, slightly sweet aroma. The smoothie is quite rich and filling, so it works well as a quick breakfast or a snack before sport.

Bartender tips

  • Too thick? Add a splash of cold water or more hazelnut milk.
  • A few drops of lemon juice keep the colour from turning brown.

Variations

Cocoa version
Blend in a teaspoon of cocoa powder for a chocolate hazelnut note.
