About this smoothie

Avocado in a sweet smoothie surprises many people, but its flavour is mild enough to disappear behind ripe mango. What remains is the texture: a creamy body, similar to a milkshake. Avocado mainly contains monounsaturated fat, which also makes this drink quite filling. Mango adds sweetness and vitamin C, coconut water the liquid. It works well as a breakfast replacement or a substantial snack after sport.

Bartender tips

  • Keep the other avocado half with its stone and a little lime juice, covered, in the fridge.
  • Frozen mango turns this into an almost spoonable smoothie bowl base.

Variations
