About this smoothie

This is the plainest of our mango and coconut water smoothies, without herbs or other extras. Mango provides creaminess and tropical aroma, the pear adds juice and a soft, mellow sweetness. Coconut water, naturally containing potassium, rounds it off with a subtle nutty note.

Mango is known to contain vitamin C and beta-carotene. The smoothie suits a hot day, a light breakfast or a drink after exercise.

Bartender tips

  • Chill the fruit and coconut water well beforehand.
  • Frozen mango chunks give a thicker, icy texture.

Variations

With lime
A squeeze of lime juice adds freshness and balances the sweetness.
