About this smoothie

Mango gives this smoothie a naturally creamy body, and nectarines add juiciness and a floral aroma. Together they are sweet enough that no sweetener is needed. Both fruits contain vitamin C, and mango is also known for its beta carotene, which gives it its colour. A small spoon of yoghurt adds a gentle tang. It is a filling, fruity choice for breakfast or after exercise.

Bartender tips

  • Frozen mango chunks make the smoothie colder and thicker without diluting it.
  • If it is too thick, add water a little at a time until it pours easily.

Variations

Vegan version
Use a plant-based yoghurt or leave the yoghurt out entirely.
