Berry Smoothie with Oat Milk
Creamy and fruity, with a mild oat sweetness and a lively berry tartness.
The old title promised yogurt, but the recipe never used it: the creaminess here comes from banana and oat milk. Oat drink is one of the creamiest plant milks, with a natural sweetness from the oats, which makes it a good match for berries. It is free from dairy and nuts.
Strawberries bring fragrance, blueberries a round, mild fruitiness, blackberries acidity and a dark color. All three are good sources of fiber and vitamin C. A frozen berry mix works just as well and turns the smoothie into something thick and cold. Good for breakfast or after sport.
Yes, it contains only fruit and oat milk.
Only if it is labelled gluten-free; regular oat drinks may contain traces of gluten.
