Virgin Pornstar Martini
Tropical and tart with ripe passion fruit, creamy vanilla and a bright lime finish. Light froth on top, sweet and sour in balance.
The Pornstar Martini was created by the London bartender Douglas Ankrah in the early 2000s and became one of the most ordered cocktails in the United Kingdom. The original combines vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit, lime and vanilla sugar, served with a small glass of Champagne on the side. Ankrah himself said it was originally called the Maverick Martini.
The alcohol-free version keeps the ritual: the passion fruit half on top and the sparkling shot beside it. Pineapple juice adds body in place of the vodka and liqueur, and vanilla syrup carries the soft, creamy note that makes the drink so recognisable.

Both are fine. Many people sip it alongside as a palate cleanser; others pour it in for a sparkling finish.
