The Orange Safari is a simple two-ingredient mix built around Safari, an exotic fruit liqueur flavored with fruits such as mango, papaya and lime. The liqueur was a familiar sight on European back bars in the 1980s and 1990s, and mixing it with orange juice was one of the most common ways to serve it.
